week 6 assignment 2-2 Edmodo Enhance Student's Learning

Edmodo is a good way for students learning curriculum online. Edmodo likes an education tool that encourages students learning by reading teacher’s blog. It’s another way to enhance students learning. Students can discuss, make common, and rely on teachers post. In the Edmodo it makes students learning more board, the teacher can upload pictures, video, graphics on the post, and provide students plentiful resource through the internet. I like this web page learning curriculum, it makes the students learning more flexible and interesting. Students can access the class and complete the assignment, quizzes. I think this function bring much more benefit to the teacher, as a teacher I can collect the students learning result online and make the analysis on students' learning process and design the curriculum, especially on student’s needs.
I am under early childhood education from grade1-grade6. I think it is a little bit challenging for grade 1 students to take Edmodo online class as their main course of learning. It can be a way to enhance grade 1 students learning. They also need parents’ help during their online learning. For children learning on the internet, because the information on the internet is so plentiful. Teacher and parents need to make the limitation on children’s’ researching resource and make sure the children using the right way during their learning.

1. Theories and Practices of Multimodal Education: In today’s teaching in the classroom, teacher needs to use multimodal ways to inform students about learning theories and practice. The multimodal theories include Picture books, interaction with peers, gesture, drama, drawing, and ways of incorporating, integrating and extending linguistic signs. The digital media also can be a way to help students in literacy learning.
